Welcome to our restaurant and American bistro located at 1065 Utah Ave, Hildale, Utah 84784. By accessing or using our website, services, or facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Online Ordering & Reservations

We offer online ordering for takeout and reservations through our website. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payment

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. All charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order or reservation.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Dine-In Orders

We strive to ensure every meal meets our quality standards. If there is an issue with your food or service, please bring it to our attention before leaving the restaurant so we can make it right. Refunds for dine-in meals are issued at management’s discretion.

2. Takeout & Online Orders

If you receive the wrong item, or your order is missing items or poorly prepared, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation. We do not offer refunds for items ordered incorrectly by the customer.

3. Event & Private Booking Cancellations

• More than 7 days before event: Full refund

• 3–7 days before event: 50% refund

• Less than 72 hours: No refund

We may allow rescheduling based on availability.

4. Gift Cards & Merchandise

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition, with receipt.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

4. Events & Loyalty Program

We regularly host events and allow private bookings. A loyalty program is available for returning guests, please see in-store or online for full terms.

5. Reviews, Comments, and Content

Guests may leave reviews and comments on our site or other platforms. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or false.

6. Gift Cards & Merchandise

Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Merchandise may be returned under the policy listed above.

7. Website Use

You may not misuse our website or interfere with its security features. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
